The content of Mg O,K2O and Na2O is directly related to the quality of silica ore.In order to quickly and accurately to provide more accurate and detailed analysis results of Yangtun silica ore,we chose a more appropriate analysis methods and experimental conditions of Mg O,K2O,Na2O under the available conditions of our lab.The aim is to reduce experiment cost,quickly and accurately analyze the sample.It will provide data support for geological prospecting.The common decomposition methods of ore samples include acid dissolution,alkali dissolution and microwave digestion,etc.The alkali dissolution is not suitable for the accurate determination of K2O and Na2O,because it can bring K+ and Na+.Although the microwave digestion has excellent decomposition effect and decomposition rate,the microwave digestion instrument is too expensive and the method is not good for acidity control,especially in the detection results of Mg O,because the light absorption value of Mg O is seriously affected by acidity.In this paper,a microwave domestic oven was used to instead of microwave digestion instrument to design a comprehensive sample decomposition method which has utilized the acid dissolution and microwave digestion.The method has the advantages that the sample is completely decomposed,the analysis process is short and the analysis cost is low.By investigating the national standard class material?Chinese Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration Institute?GBW07103,GBW07104,GBW07105,GBW07106,GBW07107,GBW07108 and GBW07120,the combinative method with microwave oven and acid dissolution has higher accuracy and precision than other conventional methods.The established method was used to analyze the samples of Yangtun mining area.The experimental results showed that the repeatability of the sample test in Yangtun mining area was 100% and the qualified rate of internal and external inspection is above 97%.Based on the experimental results in this paper,a silica mine is delineated,and a mining area for building stone is designed.The detailed investigation prospecting for silica ore resources reserves estimation is?332+333?499.30 km3?1278.20kt?,average grade: Si O2 91.34%;Mg O 0.21%;K2O+Na2O 1.21%;stone ore reserves of SO3 based 0.03%.Architecture?122b?10802.6 km3.
