Based on systematically collecting,reorganizing and analyzing the geology materials of the coal mine area,we combined them with the analysis of regional tectonic evolution,the observation of coal mine tectonics,the macro and micro deformation characteristics of tectonically deformed coal(TDC),and the logging curve explanation of coal structure to deeply analyses the tectonic distribution characteristics,the superposition and reforming laws of tectonics in Sudong mine area.Their response to the regional tectonics of study area was studied as well.Meanwhile,the evolution and dynamics mechanism of tectonics of coal mine,the distribution characteristics of different tectonically deformed coals and their response to tectonics were also revealed.The main results or knowledge are as fellows.(1)Tectonics development of Sudong coalfield and their response to the regional tectonics were discussed.Mainly under the control of Sudong syncline,the structural form of Sudong coalfield extends in NW and develops with some strongly deformed folds and faults.Folds mainly include Sudong syncline and some concomitant secondary folds.Faults,most of which are normal faults,are mainly with the direction of NW,NS and NE,and are characterized by big fault displacement and extension distance.These faults acted in different property during different tectonic active periods.The response of coal mine structures to the regional tectonics is significantly obvious.The NS tectonic compression of Indosinian period are not very apparent in study area,while the NWW-SWW compression of the early and mid Yanshania period resulted in the forming and evolution of arc shaped thrust-nappe structure of Xuzhou-Suzhou.The Sudong syncline,which is one of the main tectonics of frontal thrust sheet in the southern part of the arc structure,is significantly affected by the arc tectonics and establishes the main structural framework of Sudong coal mine area.In addition,tectonic extension of late Yanshan period and Himalaya period not only changed the property of preformed faults,but also complicated the tectonics of Sudong coalfield.(2)Adopt the fault fracture fractal dimension and planar deformation coefficient methods to evaluate structureal complexity of Sudong mining area.The result shows that the development degree of fault structure of Nos.8 and 10 coal seams belong to the complex type,and the No.8 coal seam has a higher complexity degree.The result of planar deformation coefficient shows that the overall deformation of No.8 coal seam is stronger than No.10 coal seam.(3)Through the analysis of characteristics of TDCs,the coal structure of Sudong mining area could be divided into 7 types such as cataclastic,schistose,mortar,granulitic,scaly,wrinkle and mylonitized coals.The coal structure is divided into 3 types according to the interpretation of drilling and logging curves: type I includes primary-and part of cataclastic coal which is weakly deformed,type II includes cataclastic coal which is strongly deformed,schistose-and mortar coal,and coal,and type III includes granulitic-,scaly-,wrinkle-and mylonitized coal.And analyze the development characteristics and differences of different coal structure between Nos.8 and 10 coal seams.(4)The control function of mine structure on the deformation of coal has been discussed.It is thould that which come up with the conclusion that the fold,fault and slip-sheet structure have an important control function on the deformation and development of different types of TDC.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the distribution law of different types of coal structure of Nos.8 and 10 coal seam.
