We introduce the background field method of QCD,and by calculating the twopoint correlation function of the vector current through operator product expansion(OPE)method,we obtain the Wilson coefficient functions of four-dimensioned operators <?_sGG>and mq<(?)q> with radiative correction. On the basis of this result, combined with result of leading-order(LO)and next-to-leading order(NLO)perturbative terms and LO nonperturbative terms up to dimension-6 condensates from M.A.Shifman,A.I.V.Vainshtein and I.Zakharov,we obtain the more accurate results of two-point correlation function of vector current to analysis the ? meson with QCD sum rules.Based on the results of radiative correction of four-dimensional operators from the OPE of the correlation function,we introduce the H(?)lder inequality to determine the QCD sum rules window and by inserting ?? intermediate states in the correlation function,we obtain phenomenological spectral density function of Breit-Wigner form which is different from the traditional phenomenological spectral density, and reanalysis the QCD sum rules of ? meson. In this improved QCD sum rules, some parameters with randomicity in the traditional sum rules, such as the continuous spectrum threshold,Borel parameter range has been strictly limited, thus reducing the subjective factors of the QCD sum rules.More importantly, unlike the traditional analysis, hadron mass and width can be predicted simultaneously in this framework.By using the Monte-Carlo method,we fit correlation function of the phenomenological and theoretical representations in the sum rules window and obtain a continuous spectrum threshold and theoretical prediction of mass and width of ? meson of which the uncertainty and relation among output results is analyzed too.The obtained numerical results agree well with the experimental results.
