Collecting umbrellais an important part in the production of annulus logging,collecting umbrella cloth is easy to slip out of the umbrella ribs,leading to the failure of the logging production,because of the limitation of annular space and the environment of annulus logging.This paper discards the traditional methods relying on mechanical friction to fixcollecting umbrella cloth together with the umbrella ribs.At first,under the conditions of Fe2 +/Fe3 + = 1: 1.5,Fe2 +/Fe3 + = 1: 1.75 and Fe2 +/Fe3 + = 1: 2.0,different reaction temperature,70?,80?,90?,9 sets of nano-ferroferric-oxidemagnetic materials were prepared.The size of nano-ferroferric-oxide magnetic materials and its size distribution were characterized.Hysteresis loop characterization of magnetism performance were characterized by vibrating sample magnetometer.In composite particle size,distribution and magnetic properties,a set of optimal process conditions of preparation of nano-ferroferric-oxide was selected.Nano-ferroferric-oxide particle as the main function,waterborne polyurethane as adhesive,mixed repellent finishing agent PM-3633.Under the condition of different finishing liquid ratio,different spraying layers,the nano-ferroferric-oxidemagneticcollecting umbrella was prepared.Through the magnetization process,becoming a magnet with a magnetic moment.The experimental results show that the size of the prepared iron oxide particles is small,the dispersion is uniform,the coercivity and the saturation magnetic flux are the same under the conditions of the mass ratio of Fe2+ / Fe3+ = 1: 1.75 and the reaction temperature of 80 And the residual magnetic flux are the best in the nine groups,the particle s? ize is about 600 nm,the saturation mass ratio magnetic moment is 62.12 emu / g,the residual mass ratio magnetic field is 0.9524emu/g,the coercivity is 17.968 G.The final magnetic flux was 1.7 mT at a concentration of 45 wt% of titanium oxide particles,4 layers of spray and 1300 V,and a contact angle of the base fabric under the condition that the concentration of the water repellent finishing agent was 6 wt% From 0 ° to 129.9 °,from hydrophilic to water-repellent properties of the transition.In order to improve the final magnetic flux of the fabric,the LW-N type Nd2Fe14 B permanent magnet was selected and its magnetic properties were characterized by a vibrating sample magnetometer.The results show that the LW-N type Nd2Fe14 B is a strong magnet with a saturation mass ratio of 79.554 emu/g,the residual mass ratio is 44.659emu/g,the coercivity is 6334.5G,and the magnetic index is much higher than that of iron tetraoxide.It is the ideal raw material for preparing magnetic current collecting umbrella.In Nd2Fe14 B particles Mass flux of 35wt%,spraying 4 layers and 1200 V magnetization voltage under the conditions of the flow of the magnetic flux of 7.1mT,much higher than the three iron ore body of the 1.7mT.The contact angle of the base fabric was raised from 0° to 126° under the condition that the concentration of the water repellent finishing agent was 6 wt% and the coating was carried out,and the transition from hydrophilic to water repellent performance was achieved.
