With the rapid development of science,technology and economy,the city meetsmany problems in the shortage of urban,densely populated,traffic congestion and other problems based on the accelerating process of urbanization,people starts to think and develop new space to solve many problems.The exploitation and utilization of underground space can alleviate the problem of urban space to a certain extent.Therefore,more and more people pay attention to the underground space which becomes an important part ofthe smart city andalso becomes an important activity space of the people's production and life.However,the information management of underground space is far behind on the surface and space.The accurate description,spatial structure modeling and information managementof underground space are gradually becoming an important focus in urban management department and academic research with the construction of digital city and the gradual advance of the smart city.The acquisition,processing,modeling,management,and other problems of underground space's 3D information are the foundation of underground space information management.,and how to express the scientific expression of underground space quickly and accurately is the key technology in the management of underground space,and the registration of real estate,accurate to the underground space scientific expression is the management of underground space and real estate registration and management of the key technical problems.vehicle-borne mobile surveying system,as a new product of social progress of science and technology progress in Surveying and mapping technology,has many advantages such as high precision,novel,intelligent data acquisition,and the data acquired by the vehicle-borne mobile surveying system is more realistic,more precise,more extensive and more real-time.Therefore,the use of vehicle-borne mobile surveying system has high efficiency,high precision and many other advantages for underground 3D spatial information acquisition and also plays an important role in providing basic data for the construction of smart city.Combined with the current construction of smart city and the demand of underground space exploitation for in the progress of real estate registration.This article works on the acquisition,processing,modeling of the three-dimensional information based on the advantages of the vehicle-borne mobile surveying system.The main work includes the following four aspects:(1)Based on the summary of the previous work,the paper summarizes the working principle and the key technology of the vehicle-borne mobile surveying system.And this paper also analyzes and summarizes the advantages and significance of the vehicle-borne mobile surveying system in the 3D information acquisition and modeling of underground space structures.(2)According to the requirement of underground space modeling,this paper summarizes a set of technology solutions for the acquisition and extraction of 3D information using vehicle-borne mobile surveying system.(3)According to the particularity of the underground space position,this paper summarizes a method for correcting underground space point cloud data.two methods to correct the underground space are put forward which need to coarse registration,fine registration and target coordinates conversion at last.(4)According to the structural characteristics of underground space,the geometric model of the underground space is classified,and the processing of corresponding point cloud and information extraction methods are proposed for different types of spatial patterns.
