The Redlichia(Pteroredlichia) Trilobites And Their Biostratigraphic Significance From The Cambrian Balang Formation,Guizhou Province,China

The Balang Formation is a fossiliferous unit and has a widely geographic distribution in eastern Guizhou,China.The Balang Fauna,which a Burgess Shale type fauna from the Cambrian Series 2 in Guizhou,yielding in the middle and upper parts of the formation.Trilobites of arthropods are an important group.The test statistic from the lower Cambrian fossils output Ledley base on 8 fossil localities,classification and statistical data of Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)in the base on the 8 specimens of fossil localities,confirm the Balang Formation has 1 subgenera and 4 species base on insect species,including 1 subspecies.Namely: Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)yilongensis Zhang et Lin,1980,Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)chinensis Walcott,1905,Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)murakamii Resser Redlichia et Endo,1935,Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)chinensis Lui Chang,1966.In the detection and statistics data of the specimens under the support of the animal in the subgenus Balang Formation preserves the most abundant Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)chinensis Walcott,1905 of the growth of the individual,identify the species from the protaspid stage to each segment until the final stage the holaspid stage the ontogenetic stage characteristics,change trends.Using the methods of ontogenetic analysis and mathematical statistic,study on ontogeny of Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)chinensis Walcott,1905.In a large number of effective evidence to support,and a model in subgenus subspecies Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)chinensis lui Chang,1966 were compared,found both in the similar structure based on the obvious differences.As everyone knows the based Redlichia(Pteroredlichia)chinensis is a wide distribution of trilobites,except there China south,Guizhou Yunnan,also China north to Shandong,Liaoning and the Korean Peninsula,Iran,and Australia,the lower Cambrian containing the stratigraphic horizon and the other containing a considerable time horizons,and the only in the lower Cambrian Trilobite is one of the fourth order,fourth order with a comparison of Cambrian Stratigraphic Significance of the important.
