Ferroelectric materials,ferromagnetic materials and multiferroic materials which contains two or more than twokinds of properties of iron performance,are belong to ferroic materials.In this paper,iron materials are chosen as the study object.firstly,ferroelectric,ferromagnetic,multi-ferrous material were introducedbriefly,respectively.Then the current ferroelectric thin film materials and multi-functional multi-ferrous materials research were discussed.The main research contents and experiment results can be summarized as follow:Firstly,the ferroelectric properties and mechanical properties of poly?vinylidene fluoride??PVDF?and polythiourea?Ar PTU?organic-organic composite were studied.The iron materials of Ar PTU was synthesized by microwave method.And PVDF/Ar PTU composite was fabricated by vacuum coating method.The ferroelectric properties of PVDF/Ar PTU composite thin films with different Ar PTU and Ar PTU thin filmwere investigated,including maximum breakdown field strength,loss,energy density,charge and discharge efficiency,etc..The results show that PVDF/Ar PTU composites can exhibit good electrical performance only at a specific ratio of PVDF and Ar PTU.The mechanical properties of the PVDF/Ar PTU composite films with with different Ar PTU and Ar PTU thin film were studied,including flexibility,and heat resistance,etc..The results show that the PVDF/Ar PTU composites thin film not only have the high field strength and energy density of Ar PTU materials,but also retain the mechanical properties of PVDF which is thermoplastic materials.Secondly,the magnetic properties and dielectric properties of multifunctional metal-organic formate framework?MOFs?which have the perovskite structure were studied.In the beginning,the dielectric properties and magnetic properties of [?CH3?2NH2]Mn?HCOO?3?ABX3?single crystal were studied.The results show that the single crystal can exhibit high dielectric constant and low loss.Then the substitution of B-site were studied,and the results show that the substitution of B can affect the magnetism via the number of unpaired electrons of B-site metal ions.Finally,the substitution of organic groups of A-site were carried on,and the magnetic properties of these compounds was studied.The results show that the longer the chain length of the A-site organic group,the stronger the spontaneous magnetization of the material.
