In recent years,with the development of China's infrastructure,landslide disasters are frequent.According to incomplete statistics,national geological disasters occurred a total of9710 in 2016.Resulting in 370 people were killed,35 people were missing,209 people were injured,direct economic losses of 3.17 billion yuan.The number of geological disasters,the number of deaths and direct economic losses increased by 18.1%,41.1% and 27.4%respectively.In the face of such a grim situation,there are a large number of treating landslides every year.So far,the number of treating landslides in our country is very large and the cost of governance is expensive.A small and medium-sized landslide treatment costs millions of dollars to over 10 million.Large landslides often require tens millions of dollars,or even hundreds millions of dollars.Therefore,after the completion of the construction of the landslide treatment,the effect of the treatment is not known,so it is very important to evaluate the effect of the landslide treatment project.Based on the Zhengjiawan landslide in Ankang,this paper has carried on the effect evaluation to the governance project,obtained the following results:(1)Using the principle of geologic analysis,this paper analyzes the original survey on the type of Zhengjiawan,the correctness of the cause type judgment and the rationality of the calculation of the strength of the sliding zone and the calculation result of the landslide thrust.(2)Based on the measures of Zhengjiawan project,the suitability of the engineering measures is analyzed and evaluated.Through the calculation of the cable tension and shears force of the anti-slide pile,verify the original design of the security,reliability.(3)Based on the monitoring data of Zhengjiawan landslide,the effectiveness of the retaining structure are evaluated by the body of landslide and retaining structure displacement,the actual tension of the cable and other analysis after completion of the project.(4)In this paper,the Midas-GTS numerical simulation software is used to simulate the stress state,the slope displacement and distribution characteristics of plastic yield zone in slope.After the Zhengjiawan landslide treatment,the results show that the deformation displacement of the landslide body,and the range of plastic yield zone is obviously reduced,Indicating that the effect of retaining structure effectively controls the further deterioration oflandslide,and the effect of treatment is obvious;(5)In this paper,the evaluation model of landslide treatment effect is established by fuzzy mathematics theory.In combination with Zhengjiawan landslide,the ten evaluation factors of governance effect are selected.The weight of each evaluation index is determined by Delphi method,and the evaluation result is divided into perfect,Good,general and too conservative(or failure)four levels.In accordance with the principle of maximum membership to determine the governance effect of Zhengjiawan landslide.
