Since the twentieth century,with the continuous expansion of FSS applications,scholars have more in-depth study of FSS.FSS has different performance parameters,such as resonant frequency,stopband bandwidth,passband bandwidth,frequency stability,etc.,depending on its element shape,cell size,array mode,and so on.The first chapter and the second chapter of this article introduce the background of this topic and the development of FSS at home and abroad and the introduction of FSS basic theory.The basic theory includes the basic working principle of FSS,the factors that affect its performance,the grating and the method of FSS analysis.In this paper,three FSS unit structures are proposed.The first structure is based on the principle of isomorphism.The proposed FSS is improved from a basic shape.The resonant frequencies of the FSS are 2.5GHz and 3.5GHz,respectively,and the structure is processed and tested.The second structure is based on equivalent circuit,the initial structure of the FSS is multilayer square rings.The square ring is changed to a multi-layer FSS structure with a bent structure.The bending structure is advantageous for miniaturization,and the multi-layer structure plays an important role in broadening the passband bandwidth.The resonant frequency of the structure is 12 GHz and 35 GHz,with the advantages of miniaturization and wide passband bandwidth.Compared to the second structure,frequency distribution of the third structure is very closed.The structure consists of four concentric ring slots,and different capacitor elements were added between the gap.The first resonant frequency and the second resonant frequency are fused by changing the capacitance value between the outer two ring slits,and the third resonant frequency and the fourth resonant frequency are changed by changing the capacitance values between the two inner ring slits And the two resonant points are 2.5 GHz and 3GHz,respectively.The structure has the advantages of miniaturization and high frequency stability.
