The Interactionist Study Between Science And Technology In The Background Of Techoscience

With the development of science and technology,the relationship between them got changed.This paper,proposed the interactionist study between science and technology from the perspective of technoscience,which based on the characteristic of the new tendency in science and technology that the technology constructed the modern science and the technology become more scientific.With the tendency of the practical turn in philosophy of science,the technological factors become much more important in the development of philosophy of science,especially in the development of contemporary philosophy of science.For example,the technological instruments and the technical constructed laboratories play an important part in the development of philosophy of science,to some extent,the level of technology restrict the level of science.At the same time,the technology presents a series of new features,which present the features of scientific,symbolized,intelligentized and holistic tendency.Therefore,with the change of science and technology,the traditional idea of science and technology should also get changed.What's more,the traditional idea of relationship between science and technology,no matter regard the technology as the applied science or the completely separation of science and technology,cannot properly describe the relationship between science and technology.So we propose the viewpoint of interaction of science and technology,which describe the interactionist characteristic of science and technology.The first part of my paper is about the introduction,which introduces the background,significance and the theoretical achievements of the research at home and abroad.The second chapter of this paper explores the philosophical basis of the theory of interaction between science and technology,from the aspects of the practical turn in the scientific philosophy and the process of technical science practice.I also analysis the new relationship between science and technology by studying the technoscience,which presents the fusion of representation and intervention,understanding and operation,natural and artificial.The third chapter is a concrete demonstration of the interaction between science and technology from the perspective of biology.Biology has made a great achievements with the help of the development of technical factors,in which synthetic biology is a typical representative.Thefourth chapter is the discussion of the development trend of the interaction between science and technology.At the start of this chapter,I reviews the challenges of the separation of science and technology.In the next part,i defense the viewpoint of interaction of science and technology.At the end of this chapter,It's about the applications of this theory as the viewpoint of interaction between science and technology,including the implication for science and technology policy and technology evaluation.
