In this dissertation,we study the stability of two predator-prey models with Beddington-DeAngelis and Tanner functional response. The first chapter is the introdution. We introduce the biological background, preliminary knowledge and research status of predator-prey system. In the second chapter,we study the global stability of a predator-prey system with Beddington-DeAngelis and Tanner functional response with no refuge.By using the iteration method and comparison principle,we prove the global asymptotic stability of the unique positive equilibrium solution. In the next chapter,we study the boundedness, persistence and stability of non-negative constant steady states of system. Also,we discuss the effect of prey refuge and density dependence of predator species on prey and predator population density when the interior equilibrium exists. Our results show that the density dependence of predator species plays an important role on prey and predator. Finally,we show the predator-prey system with prey refuge and delay.
