Complex network's features comprise,self similarity,self organized,worldlet,attractor,part or all of scales network.Complex network is an efficient tool to describe and analyze complex system.It is a suitable tool for building model for complex system.Most of the discrete structure in real world could be represented by networks under certain circumstances.Since the end of 20 th centry,complex networks are widely implemented in computing,mechanics,physics,biological,system control,engineering,politics,economics,society,military and many other fields.The relevant concepts,characteristics quantity,and measuring methodologies of complex networks are used to describe the topological characteristics,kinetic characteristics and statistical characteristics of complex network.The research of complex networks involves analyzing its typical structure and measurements of topological characteristics,as well as representing its connection by measuring the change of structure characteristics.Thus to determine the different structures of complex networks base on measurements acquired.The research and realization of complex networks have its theoretical significance and practical values.It provides different measuring basis for measuring different characteristics of complex networks.Currently,there are many complex network processing softwares,which do not have comprehensive support for various characteristics of complex networks.Many newly discovered characteristics are not realized in such softwares.This article start with collecting and sorting various of complex networks' characteristics newly defined by researchers.Then,base on the complex network analyzing tool,NetworkX,this article utilizes Pyhon to program the sorted complex networks' characteristics.Meanwhile,categorizing the realized complex networks' characteristics and integrated into NetworkX.So that,to increase the amount of complex networks' characteristics supported by NetworkX.At last,this article implements the realized complex networks' characteristics into different complex networks in biological field,and to analyze the specificity and common characteristics of several kinds of complex networks.Major work comprises:(1)By reading large amount of articles,collecting and sorting several kinds of complex networks' characteristics recently defined by researchers.(2)Utilizing Pyhon to collect and sort the complex networks' characteristics base on NetworksX.Moduling these realizing functions by categories,then integrating them into NetworkX,to expand NetworkX' support of complex networks' characteristics.(3)Finally,5 biological complex networks were selected,by computing complex networks' characteristics,along with other common but important characteristics,the overall characteristics data and local characteristics data of 5 biological complex networks' characteristics were sorted.Searching for individualities and commonalities by analyzing the derivaties.
