The characteristics of object scattering is the basis of object identification,and for the complex objects,the research on the scattering characteristics of single material is more fundamental under the micro-scale.In this paper,the statistical parameter of surface topography as the dependent variable was replaced by the specific surface topography information,a scattering model based on the specific shape information is established to calculate the bidirectional reflectance distribution function of the measured surface.This article embarks from the scattering theory,first of all,the light scattering characteristics of rough surface based on Davies model are analyzed,then through the analysis of the specific scattering process of the incident light,a model for calculating the scattering properties which makes the overall morphology information of the specific surface as input parameters is introduced.This model is: On the basis of known surface specific microscopic morphology and material information,by calculating the surface area of the surface which satisfies the once specular scattering condition without occlusion,therefore the bidirectional reflectance distribution function of surface is calculated.Firstly,the model is applied to calculate and analyze the scattering characteristics of Gauss distribution rough surface;Then for non-Gauss distribution rough surface,micro structure surface morphology of aluminum was measured by automatic focusing three-dimensional surface measuring instrument,so as to calculate the surface scattering distribution of aluminum and compared with the experimental results.The results show that when the size and distance of embossment of non film material surface does not cause obvious diffraction effect and the energy of the incident light is not enough to cause the obvious Compton effect,the effect of the morphology of the material surface on the scattering is relatively large.Therefore,to the analysis of the surface scattering characteristics of other specific materials that match conditions,it can try on the same processing method,which makes it more convenient to deal with different surface morphology and surface scattering properties of different materials,providing an alternative method for the study of the scattering properties of the new material and the new surface,it also provides a theoretical foundation and guidance for the analysis and application of complex object scattering.
