Blazar is a special subclass of active galactic nuclei(AGN)with high luminosity, high polarization, jets to observation of singular observation, rapid variability and so on.The extreme characteristics reflect that the structure and physical process is complicated. In this paper,we mainly discuss the blazar sequence of Fermi blazars and the evolution of the AGN.Firstly,we introduce the basic characteristics of AGN and give a briefly introduction of the black-hole mass.Furthermore,we also introduce the observational properties and the radiation mechanism of blazars. Then we present a study of relation of black-hole mass values and bulge-mass values to redshifts of 90 AGN in Seyfert galaxies and quasars collected by us from various references. Our study covers the subject of evolution of ratios of the blackhole mass values and bulge-mass values. Our result are as follows.(1)There is a linear correlation below black-hole mass values and bulge-mass values in quasars, but there is no clear correlation between such ratios and redshifts for Seyfert galaxies.(2)Our results support the notion that the evolution of AGN is in the sequence of form quasars to Seyfert galaxies. Finally,we collected a sample for Fermi blazars and we fitted their spectral energy distributions(SEDs)by using the log-parabolic law.We calculated the luminosity and the Compton dominance of them to study the blazar sequence. There are many differences in the FSRQs and BL Lacs. So,we researched the whole sample,at the same time,we separated them. Our results are as follows:(i)there is anti-correlation,which is consistent with the previous work, between the peak frequency and the peak luminosity of two components of SED,and the bolometric luminosity versus the peak frequency of synchrotron component, while the the anticorrelation do not exist in the FSRQs and BL Lacs independently;(ii)there is anticorrelation between the Compton dominance and the synchrotron peak frequency and the relation also exists in the BL Lacs independently;(iii)for the relation of gamma ray spectral index and inverse Compton peak frequency, the anti-correlation exists inwhole sample, the FSRQs and BL Lacs respectively,a positive correlation exists in the gamma ray spectral index and inverse Compton luminosity.
