In this study, five available Rosaceae plant genomes(peach, apple, strawberry, pear and plum)were used as study subjects. The grape is a representative plant of dicotyledonous plants, using its genome as an outgroup reference.By combining the multiple species,we construct collinearity list of grape and peach genome as reference.Based on the classification and statistics of homologous blocks, the genome evolution process of rose plants was analyzed from the perspective of genome loss and retention.By searching for homologous blocks of inter-genome and inter-genome,homologous collinearity information was obtained.Based on the orthology and paralogy between inter-genome and intra-genome,homology combination map of genomes of Rosaceae was constructed with grape and peach genome as reference.By comparison analysis,we determined the size and frequency of the genome of Rosaceae plants in whole genome duplication event(s),obtain the gene set related to different evolutionary events.Determine the genome evolution process according to homology;Studies suggest that the apple genome has 9 chromosomes before whole genome duplication, indicating that the polyploidy process may be the cause of genome recombination;According to the distribution of number of synonymous substitutions per synonymous nucleotide site(Ks)between the homologous genes between apple and pear genomes,we conclude that whole genome duplication event of apple and pear genome was occurred at 16.7 million years ago.
