In this paper,we investigate the evolution of the two dimensional angle distributions of 1.5keV electrons transmitted through glass capillaries, which mainly includes the following two parts:1.The study of the time evolution of the two-dimensional angular distribution of 1.5 ke V electrons transmitted through the straight capillary and the taper glass capillary. We found that the intensity of the transmitted electrons exhibits rapid oscillations with time: appear for a very time and disappear for a very short time.At the same time the centroid of two-dimensional angular distribution of the transmitted electrons also moves. This phenomenon of rapid charge and discharge shows that electrons transmitted through glass capillaries is different from high charge ions.2.The study of evolution of the two-dimensional angular distribution of electrons transmitted through the conical glass capillary with the grounded conducting outer surface. We found that the transmission rate decreases and reaches to a constant value as a function of time and the centroid of the angular distribution moves slowly, while its half width is almost constant. This is due to a conducting layer was coated on the outer surface of the conical glass capillary, thus preventing the uncertainty of the external fast charge and discharge and the forms a new stable discharge channel. The evolution of 1.5 keV electrons transmitted through the conical glass capillary for various tilt angle,we found that the allowed transmission occurs at the tilt angle by the geometrical factors.,It is different from that of highly charge ions.
