With the rapid development of urbanization, the contradiction between urban planning and atmospheric environment has become increasingly prominent, and the impact of urban planning on meteorological elements has been included in the preparation and implementation of urban planning. This paper provides the quantitative scientific basis for the overall planning of Beijing and the preliminary quantitative assessment for the construction of the ventilation corridor of the central city of Beijing by selecting the summer and winter sunny cases, using the WRF numerical model. In the overall urban planning of Beijing(2004-2020), the types of land use change the meteorological conditions and pollutants in the six rings in Beijing. With the GIS geographic information system statistical analysis method, the meteorological conditions change range are quantified, and the ventilation corridors are constructed based on the ventilation volume and the human comfort index for some preliminary recommendations of Beijing urban planning.The results show that: (1) In the overall urban planning of Beijing(2004-2020),the increase of city construction , green space and the restoration of water bodies have a tendency to improve the weather conditions in summer sunny weather, small winds, low humidity meteorological conditions and weather conditions in winter case.The meteorological environment control is more reasonable;(2). In the increased area of city construction, the simulation results shows that wind and humidity decrease. More than 30% area increased by 1.5?, more than 25%area wind velocity by 1m/s, humidity 1g/kg decline trend, especially in the summer.In the increased area of green growth,temperature decreased,wind speed and humidity increase in summer. Simulation results in winter shows that wind environmental improvement is obvious.(3). With the cases of Yizhuang and South six ring green space,it is suggested that city construction land growth rate should be controlled in less than 20% and green growth rate reach 45% in future urban planning to minimize the impact of urban planning on meteorological factors.(4). the simulation results shows that meteorological elements have improved trend in ventilation corridor area and central city. It is the most obvious that wind environment,air pollution diffusion ability,human comfort is optimized in the ventilation corridor area. Therefore, the control effect on urban meteorological elements is reasonable in the overall urban planning of Beijing(2004-2020), and the construction of ventilation corridor in central city has a tendency to improve the urban thermal and wind environment.
