In the past decades, with the continuous development of GNSS technology and the observation model refinement, makes GPS single positioning accuracy in the horizontal direction is 3 mm or so, in the elevation direction positioning accuracy can reach about 6mm; for long time continuous observation data of high precision calculation, the horizontal direction and vertical positioning accuracy can reach about 1mm and 3mm respectively. About. Such a high positioning accuracy makes the application of GPS and other space to earth observation technology gradually expanded. The crustal movement in the global reference frame, China rate of about a year more than a dozen mm, vertical motion amplitude maximum and minimum difference in cm level, therefore based on GPS constraints monitoring local vertical crustal movement becomes possible. Therefore, in this paper, based on the change of the vertical time series of GPS, and the influence of the atmospheric disturbance load and the deformation effect of the soil water migration load, the change of groundwater storage in the Guanzhong Plain is finally realized.(1) In order to obtain the high accuracy GPS time series stations need to choose the best parameter estimation model and calculation method of Lattice valued solutions, all stations are partitioned based on the obtained, nationwide distribution station, so in data calculation, avoid the short baseline.(2) The global atmospheric data model and global data assimilation model of soil water and quantitative calculation of atmospheric disturbance load and soil water migration load based on 360 order spherical harmonics expansion deformation effect on regional crustal China, and calculated the average atmospheric China admittance region 2010-2016 period value.(3) The GPS time series according to a monthly value of sparsing, and deduct a monthly value of the atmospheric disturbance load deformation and load deformation of soil water migration, the GPS vertical time sequence amplitude decreased significantly, which shows that the two are on the vertical crustal movement influence cannot be ignored.(5 ) To the Guanzhong Plain, atmospheric disturbance load and soil water movement through the load calculation, GPS vertical load deformation effect after deduction of time sequence inversion of groundwater reserves in response to the situation of crustal subsidence in the region. The variation of groundwater storage in Guanzhong Plain is calculated quantitatively by using the mobile gravity station. It provides an important basic theory for regional economic construction and engineering design.
