With the rapidly development of Internet, IoT (Internet of Things) and Big-data, the distance between human and human, human and things,things and things become more and more close. Network science raised attention of experts and scholars. However, because of the complexity of real life, the abstract network from specific things also has its own characteristics, which are manifested in heterogeneous nodes,heterogeneous links, heterogeneous network topology. The classical models of complex networks (ER random graph, small world model and WS scale-free model) can simulate some real-life networks. However, due to the complexity of real life, the limitations of these classic models are more and more obvious. So, how to construct a network model that can be applied to the vast majority of networks in real life has become a hotspot in the field of network science.In view of the above problems, this paper starts from the network topology, ignores the heterogeneity of the nodes or links in the real life in the network, and proposes a modeling method to construct the multi-layers and difference-based network, and applies this modeling in a hybrid topology network and a hybrid model network. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) A new modeling method, multi-layers and difference-based modeling, is proposed. The multi-level is mainly used to excavate the multi-layers structure of the network and construct it as a master-slave multi-machine communication system by using k-shell decomposition method. The difference mainly manifests itself according to the attributes of the nodes and links in the network and the whole network's topology.2) Model the hybrid topology network, taking the space information system as an example. First, we construct the master-slave and multi-machine communication mechanism of the space information system.Secondly, we calculate the node importance and the link importance according to the topology of the network. Then we calculate the node importance and link importance according to the specific message transmission in the network.3) Model the hybrid model network, taking the US power grid as an example. Firstly, the whole network is constructed as a master-slave and multi-machine communication system based on k-shell decomposition method. Then, the node importance and link importance are calculated according to the topology of the network, and the basic attributes are analyzed as a comparison. Finally, the paper analyzes the fragility and robustness of the network model established in this paper.Through the above research, this paper realizes the multi-layers and difference-based modeling of the complex network. This method can ignore the heterogeneity of the nodes or links in the real network, and can analyze the complex network with complex topology, can construct multi-layers network of hybrid model network. From the simulation results of the hybrid topology network and the hybrid model network, it is known that this modeling method is universal and can identify important nodes or links.By protecting these nodes or links, the vulnerability of the network can be reduced.
