In this paper,reverse osmosis desalination system for the engineering background,the main research object was the rotary energy recovery device by the development of independent design.The main purpose of this paper is to study the operation state and performance analysis of the energy recovery device,and to complete the detailed design and monitoring system software design.The energy recovery device designed by our research team is based on positive displacement principle.The high pressure brine and fresh seawater are directly contacted to carry out pressure energy exchange.The energy exchange process and conversion efficiency are analyzed and studied.Design monitoring system to realize the integrated monitoring and management of seawater desalination project.The main contents of the study include the following aspects:(1)Analyzed the important components,working principle and technological process of RO desalination system,and introduced the development of industrial monitoring technology.(2)Analyzed the working principle and performance influence factors of the rotary energy recovery device in theory,especially analyzed the relationship between the rotor speed and the operation efficiency of the energy recovery device.(3)Design the hardware and software of the running condition monitoring system of the desalination energy recovery device,Including the composition of the sensor system,the software communication function,real-time monitoring function,data processing and analysis and so on.The development and function realization of the software are designed and introduced in detail.(4)A large number of experimental data was analyzed and processed to test the function of the monitoring system,the relationship between rotor and energy recovery device performance and to verify the reliability of the monitoring system.
