Scientific problems such as city planning,sustainable urban development is cut and dried and sponge cities,wisdom,big city has become the focus of today's data,the study of its was at full blast.For now the attention of the social development for data,this paper set up a file in liaohe river basin fishing district conducted a series of data collection.Panjin bay district is an important practice of liaoning coastal economic belt of the national strategic base,also provide opportunity for exploring soil adjoint model.Paper with big liao river hydrologic data and related historical land use database in the cloud database of the Chinese academy of sciences and soil database as the foundation,through building the SWAT model bay district YaSheDao for hydrological database,the new section of the liaohe in liaodong bay,to simulate the hydrological process simulation values and measured values of rate,determine the error of the model.Through the analysis of hydrological models for hydrological time simulation and prediction.This point to establish a long-term goal for big liao river SWAT hydrological model of the whole domain.For the waters of the water environment management and protection plays a positive role in promoting.First of all,carried out in accordance with the land use classification of conjugate pattern classification,delineated using ArcGIS software landscape patches.Unit from the landscape,landscape spatial structure and landscape heterogeneity in three aspects,such as fishing district planning land use to evaluate the current situation of landscape features;Second,scene simulation for different land use types,explore the impact of land use/cover change on hydrological conditions,to determine the influence of surface runoff CN value,determine the linear relationship of land use and runoff.Optimized and duck island area of land use structure,highlight the optimization of land use and development strategy,ecological protection duck island and WeiZe island structure;Finally,according to the development of the adjoint model proposed,rough,combined with the LID low impact value development technology strategy,provide technical support for the development of conjugate pattern,in the aspect of urban safety and flood warning,rainstorm warning,and determine the aspects of ecological river width has a strong guiding effect.
