Swertia mussotii and h.elliptica are traditional Alpine Tibetan medicine,they hav e good effects in reducing blood fat.In recent years,many new effective ingre dients have been extracted by using modern Chinese medicine research method s.It has been proved that they have the effects of protecting liver,such as red ucing inflammation,anti-virus,protecting central nervous system,reducing bloo d sugar and reducing blood lipids.This paper studies the Gentianaceae expression inhibition effect and transgenic plants of Swertia mussotii and h.elliptica compounds on the growth of mature adipocytes.Extraction of Halenia chloroform by Swertia mussotii n-butanol extr act and elliptic leaves obtained 8 compounds,study the effects of inhibiting th e expression and effect of key enzyme genes and the 8 compounds on the gro wth of mature fat cells,thereare following results:1,N-butylalcohol extract of Swertia mussotiifranch compounds:1-hydroxy-2,3,5,7-tetramethoxylketone,1-hydroxy-3,5,8-trimethoxy ketone,1-hydroxy-2,3,4,5-tetr-amet hoxyl ketone,1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethylketone,homo-orientin,gentiopicrosid-e;h.el liptica chloroform fraction extracted compounds: apigenin and luteolin.2,The mature fat cells with 8 kinds of compounds at the concentration of 5,10,15,25,50,75?g/m Lpharmacological experiments under the condition of co mpound in a concentration of 50?g/m L and 75 ?g/m L,the mature fat cell gro wth inhibition effect.3.Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to determine the expression of key enzyme genes in lipid metabolism of mature adipocytes.Get the compound in a concentration of 50?g/m L under the condition of isoorientin can upregulate t he lcat gene of gentiopicroside can upregulate atl gene;compounds at the conc entration of 75 ?g/m L under the condition of apigenin can upregulate the hmg cr gene of 1-hydroxy-2,3,5,7-tetramethoxyl ketone up regulation of lpl gene.The results of the study,and Swertia mussotii h.elliptica compounds have inhib itory effect on the growth of mature fat cells.Especially at the concentration o f 50?g/m L,of orientin,gentiopicroside and 75?g/m L apigenin,1-hydroxy-2,3,5,7-tetramethoxy ketone ketone on the growth of adipocytes There is a significan t inhibitory effect.
