Dark Matter (DM) is one of the most important open problems in the field of modern physics which could be even called as the pillar of the Standard Cosmological Model(SCM). Since 2008, XENON series detectors have kept the highest detecting limits' record in the world which may also predict that the novel XENON1T detector could reach an ultra-ordinary level. The main part of this thesis are completed at the Groupe XENON of SUBATECH Laboratory (UMR6457) in the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique(CNRS) with a preliminary work for coming XENON1T based on the analysis of data from XENON100.A discuss of specific algorithm of electron-ion pair has been brought out for the new Energy Resolution Unit under a construction of Likelihood Model where we cofirm the algorithm using the former data from XENON100 prototype detector.Following with a brief refination of the work form Dr. M. Le Calloch in his doctoral thesis on the topic of single electron at the interface of two-phase xenon inside the TPC. I use the software GARFIELD to simulate the actions of single electron to offer a pre-data for confirmation with the result from the model we created. The last part of the thesis offers a first step research of single and double interactions process in the liquid xenon was discussed in the final part which is a key step to separate the WIMP signal from the others using method of both profile likelihood and maximum likelihood based on the theory of Dr. E. Aprile. It is the primary part of the total analysis program to detect the WIMPs. We created several branch program for the program root tree in order to offer a better performace of the data using ROOT program. Grace of the interface between ROOT program and main C++ program, we finally attached both together which offers an exemple result of the data pre-process in the end of the thesis. This thesis is the very first part of the XENON1T detector research work.
