At present,the problem has a lot of human survival and development,land cover changes and deterioration of the ecological environment are the most pressing issues facing humanity.Environmental protection is the only consensus in order to improve the living environment of mankind.In addition,the serious problem of the current environment,in this situation,on land cover change research and eco-environment in the current phase of the research focus and main direction.Analysis of land cover changes and changes of ecological environment,and evaluating them,be able to provide protection and management is closely related to human ecology to provide help.To land using and ecological environment two aspects of theory for research based,to Wan for actual case expand inquiry,data derived from high points first,remote sensing satellite,combined gets of data,expand traditional of classification method and oriented object classification method of inquiry,research two species way whether for high points image land cover information of extraction;to 2013 years high points first,remote sensing image data for reference,on 2013-2016 Wan with to changes for has dynamic changes research;To 2016 Landsat8 image and Statistical Yearbook,Wan as a research area ecological environment evaluation factors extracted from the data source,using the analytic hierarchy process,extraction and evaluation of ecoenvironmental factors as a premise,to construct the ecological environment evaluation model in the study area integrated and comprehensive evaluation of the eco-environment.The content in the article is: through high first gets the 2016 in the study area,satellite remote sensing images using non-supervisory,monitoring and classification-oriented images differentiates classifications.Using validation sample results to be unsupervised classification,supervised classification,object-oriented classification confusion matrix,through confusion matrix comparison of three methods of classification of overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient shows that application of traditional classification methods-high image of land cover information extraction is limited.General speaking,in accuracy aspects,using supervision classification compared nonsupervision classification is exists advantage of,in high points image of classification Shang,regardless of is supervision classification also is non-supervision classification are cannot reached oriented object classification of effect;will 2013 and 2016 two a Shi phase of high points first,remote sensing image solutions translation results mutual compared,can knows land cover changes of status,that woodland and agricultural to rendering significantly of declined State.The 2016 Landsat8 image as a data source and extract such as normalized difference water index,soil moisture index,normalized vegetation index and index of building ecological environment evaluation of factor combined with the statistical yearbooks and other thematic data in the study area,access to digital elevation models,slope gradient,slope,density of population,GDP and other ecological factors.From terrain conditions,and natural conditions,and social economic conditions,3 a level 9 a index starting,established more perfect of Wan ecological environment evaluation system,combined subjective weight and objective weight of level analysis method,has level of on each index respectively assigned right,and put these index data standardization,using Arc GIS for gate grid calculation and the grade divided,get Wan ecological environment general situation,found Wan ecological environment excellent,and good grade accounted for most,but also exists poor and poor of regional.Integrated the stage of research results,combined RS and GIS on high points first,remote sensing image using different of classification method extraction its land cover information,discussion high points image in city land using monitoring in the of suitable sex,extended high points data of using field;on different of ecological environment factor using different of extraction means,in evaluation factor of based Shang established evaluation model,subsequently on ecological environment for assessment is expand ecological management and governance indispensable.
