Electric energy is an important strategic energy of the country,which has a profound influence on the national economy,and the non planned shutdown caused by the leakage of the boiler has a s erious impact on the power generation capacity.It is very important to monitor and locate the leakage of the boiler.In order to make the furnace acoustic detection more precise positioning and timeliness,research on the secondary source is urgent.In this paper,using computational aeroacoustics(CAA)method,using the fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT,the large eddy simulation model,analyzed a series of characteristics of flow around the tubes,the sound source and the mechanism of aeolian tone is analyzed.This paper mainly studies the flow field and sound field characteristics of the single tubes and coupling effects,including the influence of the flow velocity,tubes spacing,flow direction and tubes arrangement structure of the tubes.Through the analysis of the results,the main conclusions are: the characteristics of flow field can explain the radiation characteristics of the aerodynamic noise,therefore research on flow characteristics has important significance to grasp the characteristics of sound field in the furnace.Sound radiation directivity of a single tube is similar to the radiation characteristics of acoustic dipole.And the influence of the flow velocity,tubes spacing,flow direction and tubes arrangement structure of the tubes on the flow field and the aerodynamic noise field is very great.
