The paper concerns with the global O(t-?) synchronization for a type of FDNNs?fractional-order neural networks?with time-varying delays.Four types of controller are designed to synchronize a class of FDNNs.And we give some sufficient conditions in the form of algebraic criteria achieved which are based on the Lyapunov function method and Leibniz rule to ensure the globalO(t-?) synchronization of FDNNs.Finally,to demonstrate the reliability of the derived results,we givesome illustrative numerical examples. The paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter ? mainly introduces the background, significance and research status of the research on the dynamic behavior of fractional neural network, and gives the main contribution and innovation of this paper. The second chapter is the preliminary knowledge. It mainly introduces the fractional differential and the fractional integral, then gives some necessary lemma. In chapter ?,we designed four kinds of controller?i.e.,state feedback control law with and without time delays, output feedback control law with and without time delays?to synchronize a class of FDNNs.And gives the four corresponding theorems. The fourth chapter is the summary and prospect of the paper. And the further work done after this paper are given in this chapter.
