With the international economic developing and the civilization improving,the social producing needs more energy.Excessive use of traditional fossil energy makes people have to explore new and clean energy.Geothermal is a kind of clean and continual energy,which gains a lot attention.According to a brief estimation,the resource is very big.To some special area,it is really important to do the resource evaluation.This will guide the later development plan.For oil field,this work is very important.Currently,the producing of residual oil and gas alone cannot increase the economic.In the producing formation of the oil field,there is a lot of water with high temperature.This water is from the rock and the surface of the earth.If this energy can be used,the oil producing cost will be decreased.Based on the traditional evaluation methods and the oil field geothermal evaluation methods,use the evaluation model which is derived by Professor Li Kewen to do the resource evaluation on DongPu depressed.Three horizons are collected.The area of the project is about 3175.3km2.There are 37 wells with temperature data.Among them there are 24 wells which are inside the working project.Use Petrel to calculate the model with different methods,and compare the results.During the calculation,calculate the resource of different formation.Set many parameter cases to build models.Analyze the sensibility of different parameters.According to the sensibility analysis,conclude the main constrain factors in geothermal resource evaluation.The conclusions are shown as bellow:1.Use conventional and oil field geothermal resource calculation methods to evaluate the resource of the investigation area.The result of the resource calculation from the oil field method is more accurate.2.Build the formation model of the north part of the research area.Analyze the sensitivity of porosity and water saturation parameters.The porosity influences the geothermal resource calculation result more.3.Do the advantage of the target zone on the north part of the Dongpu Depressed.There is a lot of geothermal resource in Wenliu area.
