Dynamics of infectious diseases mainly through studies the dy-namic behaviors of the model, seeking the factors which contribute the occurrence of infectious diseases, revealing the spread of infec-tious diseases, and providing theoretical basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. The main goal of this paper studies the mechanism of the stochastic dynamic behaviors of a parasite-host epidemiological model. This paper is divided into five parts:In Chapter 1, we simply introduce the background knowledge of stochastic epidemic dynamics and main work of this paper. In Chapter 2, we mainly give the related lemma, definitions and theorems which are needed in this paper. In Chapter 3, We study the global dynamics behavior of a parasite-host epidemiological model. Firstly, we present the stochastic model which exists the unique global positive solution, Furthermore, we in-vestigate the asymptotic behavior of the positive solution, including stochastic extinction and persistence. Finally, Numerical simulation results are present. In Chapter 4, we study the parasite-host epidemiological model incorporating mean-reverting process. Firstly, we prove the stochas-tic model which exists the unique global positive solution, then we investigate the stochastic extinction and persistence. In Chapter 5, Summarizes the full text.
