The research of infectious disease model helps people better un-derstand the rules of infections disease's spread and find the key factor in the spread of infectious disease, which will provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases. This thesis mainly study the dynamic behaviors of stochastic HBV model and stochastic FIV model, and main content are as follows:In chapter 1,we briefly introduce the background and signif-icance of HBV model and FIV model, as well as the main issues addressed in this thesis.In chapter 2, we studied periodic solution of a stochastic HBV model. First, we prove the existence of globally positive solution, and then study the existence of positive periodic solutions, finally give the numerical simulation.In chapter 3, we study the dynamic behaviors of FIV with the influence of random factors, and we mainly study the stochastic ex-tinction and stationary distribution.In chapter 4, we summarize the paper.
