As the energy crisis is getting worse, it becomes very urgent to save energy and decrease consumption, therefore, decreasing the resistance stressed on bodies by fluid has become a major project that international scholars actively dedicated to researching. Bionic jet drag reduction,as a new and efficient method of drag reduction,has become a hot issue in the research of drag reduction field. The research of drag reduction theory needs the support of experimental equipment, because the reliability of which should be verified with the experimental data. There are many restrictions in the test method of the conventional test equipment of fluid resistance, furthermore, it cannot be carried out on the jet surface. Thus,the development of test system for jet drag reduction experimental platform plays an important role in the research of jet surface drag reduction theory by reliable experimental basis.The paper was funded by "Research on characteristics and mechanism of bionic jet surface drag reduction(51275102)" of Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) project.Based on the analysis for the test principle of jet drag reduction experimental platform, the overall scheme of testing system for jet drag reduction experimental platform was put forward through the contrastive analysis for test principle and application scope of the resistance strain gage sensor and piezoelectric sensor.Based on the operating condition of jet drag reduction experimental platform, an elastic component for dynamometry was developed. Through the equivalent strain of the elastic component, the fluid frictional resistance to the experimental samples could be measured,which reflected the test performance of jet drag reduction experimental platform. Through the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis on the elastic component, the structure scheme could be got to achieve the ideal equivalent strain, which ensured that it satisfied the stiffness requirement of experimental platform.Based on the overall scheme of the testing system, the hardware and software parts of the data acquisition and processing system for jet drag reduction experiment platform was respectively designed, including the bridge circuit composed of strain gages, signal conditioning circuit, data acquisition module and display equipment. And the graphical user interface was developed based on MATLAB, which achieved the dynamic monitoring of data and the echo of the stored data.Experimental research was taken on experimental samples with the same hole patterns by the data acquisition and processing system, which verified the feasibility of the test system.Meanwhile, the experimental data was also processed. The systemic error of the jet drag reduction experimental platform was analyzed. And the mathematical models of the error of each part of the testing system were established, which should be integrated finally. And the overall error could be got, which laid the foundation for the subsequent improvement of the experimental platform.
