For machine vision measuring instrument that need to use parallel light to make object imaging,sometimes,due to the limitation of its own size conditions,the instrument cannot produce a bunch of real parallel light over a short distance,which affects the accuracy and speed of the real-time measurement.For the holographic technology has a property of reconstructing the original light field,combined with the edge lighting technology that can greatly save space,therefore,this paper propose a solution that applies holography-films made according to holography-principle and edge-lit technology to the internal optical path of this kind of machine vision measuring instrument,that improves its original light path used to produce a bunch of parallel light.And through lots of experiments,let incident light illuminated the holography-films from its edge,the parallelism of the reconstructed parallel light is still very ideal.So,this method can reduce the measured value's deviation,and then improve the precision and speed of real-time measurement.In this paper,the basic theory of machine vision and the holographic principle has been introduced in detail.Then this paper put forward a problem that the parallelism of the machine vision measuring system's interior lighting source is not ideal,and had a simple comparative analysis to the existing treatment,also found this solutions still exist shortcomings.On this basis,this paper put forward a solution that using holographic technology to improve the parallelism of light source.Firstly,with the help of MATLAB software,the feasibility of the scheme was verified.After theoretical verification,the experimental light path of holographic experiment was set up.Let the reference light and object light with Angle of 60?66?72 to intervene successively,times of the experimental results show that the light of diffraction reappearance is ideal parallel light,So,this method can minimize the measurement deviation of the machine vision measuring system.
