The Construction Of Universal WEBGIS Platform Based On The API Of Map World

WEBGIS is the product of internet and WWW technology applied to GIS development,which is one of the main trends of GIS development.With the emergence and perfection of emerging technologies such as smart city,big data,virtual reality and so on,WEBGIS is one of the important means of realizing these technologies and the demand for social development and commercialization market is increasing.Based on the above background,this paper will develop a WEBGIS platform with two-three-dimensional solution based on one of the few popular WEBGIS API in the existing industry and provide technical support for urban services or business service applications.The system is a web system based on WEBGIS,and the main purpose is to improve the realization of two-,and three-dimensional WEBGIS technology,and to achieve two-,and three-dimensional integration.Map World API is used in the two-dimensional WEBGIS,and other requirements are realized according to Map World API.In order to integrate with Map World API technology better,three-dimensional engine THREE.JS is used to redevelop three-dimensional map API based on WEBGL in the system instead of using third-party three-dimensional engine with thematic functions.The development of the system in line with the three-dimensional WEBGIS function,making compatibility with the system more closely.The platform system is not only finally used as WEBGIS platform for a variety of industries which meets the industry WEBGIS standards such as WFS,WTM,WTMS services of OGC,but also secondary development API is provided.Meanwhile it can improve the shortcomings of the current commercial WEBGIS application which is used independently and it can provide geospatial data and space analysis function through a variety of applications for users.Furthermore,WEBGIS is one of one of the core technologies for the future development of GIS technology in resource management,providing useful information in economy,environment,disaster,military,regional planning,decision-making management and so on.
