In recent years,switched systems are always a hot research topic in the field of control,because of their complex properties and wide applications in actual engineering.Although switched systems have attracted the interest of researchers from different back-ground,there are still many control problems worthy of studying for switched nonlinear systems.This dissertation considers several classes of switched pure-feedback nonlinear systems.By applying the backstepping method and the adaptive neural network control technology,the correlative controllers of these systems are designed,and the stability and the convergence problems of the corresponding closed-loop systems are analyzed.The main works of this dissertation are as follows:For a class of pure-feedback switched stochastic nonlinear systems with backlash-like hysteresis,an affine variable is constructed to avoid using the mean value theorem,and the addition-al first-order low-pass filter is employed to deal with the problem of explosion of complexity.Using the adaptive backstepping technique and the neural network technique,the proposed controller guarantees that the stability and convergence of the closed-loop system are ensured.Simulation examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the control design.For a class of pure-feedback switched nonlinear systems with time-delays and quantized input,the function separation technique is first used to separate variables,and the proper Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals are chosen to deal with the time-delay terms.Then,by using the backstepping technique,the hyperbolic tangent function,and the adaptive neural network control,the controller for the pure-feedback switched system is designed such that the stability and convergence of the closed-loop system is guaranteed.Finally,simulation examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the control design.Although the adaptive control design for several types of pure-feedback switched nonlinear systems are studied in this dissertation,the study of pure-feedback switched nonlinear systems are still preliminary.There are many relevant problems can be explored for pure-feedback switched nonlinear systems,such as output feedback control,constraint control of pure-feedback switched nonlinear systems,control design of pure-feedback switched nonlinear interconnectedsystems,and so on.
