Study On Technology Of City Flood Warning Based On SWAT And SWMM Model

The urban rainstorm water logging disaster is becoming more serious,which affected by many factors,such as global warming and fast urbanization;the vulnerability of large cities in the defense of natural disasters is becoming clear.Water logging disaster warning and disaster risk assessment are the difficulty and emphases of the study on urban water logging disasters.Based on this,on the basis of research of simulation at home and abroad city storm water management model on the methods through simulation using coupled basin and runoff in the city,with the Yao River Basin as a large scale basin study area in Yu Yao city as the study area of small scale city,build a complete simulation of city flood disaster assessment model,The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Comprehensive application of distributed hydrological model(SWAT)and flood management model(SWMM),a method of simulated runoff and runoff simulation city coupling,calculated by using the method of water outside the city node,the node will be water basin as the city's water,rainfall runoff simulation to the city.The simulation results show that the flood runoff basin as the water inlet outside city node,greatly improving the simulation accuracy of city runoff,overcome the outside water mainly rely on the traditional water conservancy department related limitations of statistics obtained(2)According to the basic theory of GIS analysis technology and hydrology,water dynamics space,SWMM model is used to simulate the flood water quantity data as the data source,using the two point approximation algorithm constructs the city water distribution unit model,and the range of submergence submerged city flood was estimated by using this model,the distribution of City waterlogging risk assessment.(3)The use of C# language Arc based on Engine development platform,the development of the flood disaster warning system,the system will not only distributed hydrological model SWAT,storm flood and flood management model SWMM analysis model is integrated into the system,the system provides spatial data management module,hydrological simulation module,simulation module,submerged city hydrological analysis module and visualization the function of expression.The system can provide the whole work flow of flood forecasting and flood early warning for water conservancy and disaster reduction departments.
