In biology research,the main subject has been around the protein and related protein coding genes carried out.However,with the development of RNA sequencing techniques and computational methods for assembling transcripts,many non-coding RNA(nc RNA)transcripts are being played in a variety of biological processes,in addition to encoding most of the protein coding genes in the mammalian genome The more important role.Understanding the function of nc RNA has become one of the most important goals in modern biology research.The nc RNA represents a functional RNA molecule that is not translated into a protein,which is an RNA that lacks a specific intact open reading frame.According to the functional classification,can be divided into two types,one is housekeeping non-coding RNA,one is Regulatory non-coding RNA.According to the length of classification,can be divided into short-chain non-coding RNA and long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA).Lnc RNA generally refers to non-coding RNAs greater than 200 nucleotides in length.Recent studies have shown that lncRNA can be used as an important cis or trans modulator in a variety of biological processes,and various mechanisms can be used to influence gene expression,mutations in lncRNAs,and various diseases,particularly cancer And neurodegenerative diseases.Even so,most of the lncRNA functional and molecular mechanisms are unknown.Although a variety of computational methods have been developed to predict the function of lncRNA,it is still a challenging task to predict its function,partly because of the lack of conservability of the lncRNA sequence and secondary structure.It can be seen,lncRNA in biological function and mechanism has a very great role,but because of its length is long,the function is not clear,to the researchers to study its biological function caused great difficulties.After investigation,it is found that the mainstream RNA secondary structure prediction algorithm is mainly focused on the short chain,and the research on the secondary structure of lncRNA is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,based on the local prediction algorithm and the equilibrium energy model,The lncRNA secondary structure prediction algorithm.Firstly,the local structure of lncRNA is predicted by local prediction algorithm,and then the optimal structure of multiple prediction structures is selected by using the balanced energy model.In order to verify the validity of the algorithm,we selected the data of the widely used silva database data to verify the algorithm,and the prediction results and the mainstream prediction algorithm were compared.Through the cooperation with the Fourth Military Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and further research,our lncRNA secondary structure prediction algorithm efficiency and accuracy will be improved.We know that the algorithm there are many shortcomings,but we are constantly working to make its function more complete,more powerful performance desire is to make our progress and the driving force,but also the direction of our efforts.
