Fault diagnosis mainly study how to detect the fault and identification of the clutch in the system,which is to determine whether the fault occurred,or located the location and type of failure,to determine the time of failure and the size of the occurrence of failure.The dynamic causality diagram is applied in the fault diagnosis of the system based on some obvious characteristics(the introduction of Boolean logic operations,complete probability theory,etc.)and the continuous optimization of algorithmic algorithms for causal reasoning.So that it is more and more widely used in system fault diagnosis.Aiming at the uncertainties in practical application,this paper,based on the causal theory,combines the advantages of gray system theory with the fault diagnosis of complex system to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis.The main contents include:(1)according to the forecast,analysis,it put forward the focus of the analysis steps and the overall fault diagnosis of the system analysis.Firstly,the gray disaster prediction model is used to predict the accident year,and the prediction accuracy of the model proves high.Secondly,the maintenance of the system can be based on the cause of the analysis of the basic event importance analysis method,selecting the importance of large parts for maintenance.However,there are three kinds of vital events of traditional events.In this paper,we consider the introduction of gray relational theory to get more basic sort of basic events.The example shows that the introduction of this method turn reasonable.And finally it put forward the prevention focus and develop a reasonable and effective failure response program to reduce the occurrence of such accidents.(2)A minimal cut set of causal graphs represents a failure mode,and the diagnosis based on causal map failure mode is usually based on the size of its importance to troubleshoot the cause of the failure.In this paper,fuzzy numbers are used to represent the probability of occurrence of an event.According to the fuzzy importance of the basic events of the cause and effect,the gray relational analysis is introduced,and the possibility of the occurrence of various failure modes is judged,and the fault diagnosis space can be reduced accordingly.At the same time,the method solves the problem that the probability of intermediate events and basic events can not be confirmed due to the lack of fault information,and the relationship between basic events and intermediate events gets difficult to determine.
