Objective To understand the polymorphisms and genetic evolutionary relationships of Mus musculus collected in Jiangsu Ports, provide support for the species identification of rodents from frontier port and Provide important experimental data for the comparative analysis of different genes within species, analysis genetic differences and relationship between geographical location within the Mus musculus species through bioinformatics. Methods The mitochondria genes from Mus musculus were amplified, sequenced, alignmented and combined with the information on Genbank to analysised genetic polymorphism and created genetic evolutionary tree. Results Twenty-one D-loop gene sequences and Ten mitochondrial genome sequenceswere obtained from Mus musculus,The entire sequence was 16,299-16,301 bp in length, which included 13 protein-coding genes,22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes, and two non-coding regions.Through bioinformatics that Mus musculus'nucleotide polymorphism are rich. The division of species with in subspecies for Mus musculus had a connection with geographical distribution. Conclusion There is a great relationship between species within the difference between the degree of individualand the location of the individual.M us-musculus in China can be divided by the Yangtze River as a boundary, which is Similar but not obvious as the rule of evolutionary relationships in Mus musculus in Jiangsu province.
