Acoustic tool in drill-pipe conveying wireless logging is the latest well logging technology developed in recent years to measure the acoustic properties of the formation and to obtain porosity parameters.However,in the practical application,due to the complexity of well conditions,instrument shaking,noise and other factors make the far array of receiving waveform seriously distorted,resulting in errors in automatically calculating the wave time difference by conventional methods,and manufacturers providing software needs to manually extract the negative peak position of the first-arrival wave,Spending a lot of time and manpower.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study a new data processing method and to develop an automatic software of single-transmitting and multi-receiving acoustic tool in drill-pipe conveying wireless logging,which improves the production efficiency.Firstly,this paper studies the longitudinal wave time difference processing algorithm of the single-transmitting and multi-receiving acoustic tool in drill-pipe conveying wireless logging.Based on the structural characteristics and working principle of the single-transmitting and multi-receiving acoustic tool in drill-pipe conveying wireless logging(including SL6000 and GIS60),analyzing the data format of different instruments,according to the rule of the negative peak position of the longitudinal first-arrival wave,analyze the problems of the process to extract first-arrival wave and calculate the slowness of single-transmitting and eight-receiving mode,and propose the new method of the time domain waveform distorting solution combining with the longitudinal depth domain time difference mutating solution.Then the correlation analysis method combined with the way to remove outliers is applied to extract the longitudinal wave time difference,and find the optimal slowness corresponding to the most relevant position.Secondly,based on longitudinal time difference data processing algorithms in drill-pipe conveying wireless logging,VC ++ 6.0 is combined with TeeChart control to develop wave time difference data processing software platform.According to user needs to design software function,create the first-arrival wave extraction and slowness dynamic link library to load the algorithm program into the software platform to achieve automatically calculating timedifference,manual intervention,curve drawing and editing,depth positioning,dynamically previewing and other functions.The operation of software is simple,designing automatic and manual calculation of slowness,rendering graphics,exporting curve,two-dimensional images and other modules.Finally,through the actually collected data of the single-transmitting and three-receiving and single-transmitting and eight-receiving tools,the software will be applied to the actual operation,verifying the correctness of the software function.
