With the development of information and computer technology,geographic information system(GIS)are widely used in many fields.Vector data is a kind of important data model whichthe is abstract expression of spatial entities in the real world,plays an important role in the geographic information system,most of the GIS system choose vector data as its expression form.However,the confidentiality of vector data makes the high precision of data can only be used in government departments and research institutes,limits the application of vector data,and the low precision of the vector data cannot meet the needs of location accuracy of certain industry.So high precision vector data usually needs correction processing before publicly used,makes its plane position precision controled within the scope of the public permission to use.Vector data correction is according to certain mathematical rules,in order to achieve a certain purpose,through the space coordinates operation transform position of vector data,is a useful method of vector data process.In this paper,by analyzing the main methods of vector data correction,and combining with requirements of actual vector data production project,designed vector data processing technology route,and based on this technical route,the design implementation the vector data correction tool set.In summary,the main research of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the research status of vector data commonly used calibration method,analysis the principle,applicable range and advantages and disadvantages of various methods.(2)Design the vector data correction technical route,and based on this technical route,make detailed technical train of thought design mainly from the data preprocessing,correction control points automatic selection,design algorithm of vector data correction,the vector data correction,data precision control,correction efficiency optimization,the result data accuracy evaluation and quality inspection.(3)Reference vector data commonly used calibration methods,through research and analysis,the method of vector data correction in this paper is highly demand on control points,so first of all,based on the linear elements similar feature point matching technology,set up control points automatic selection model,improve the accuracy of control points;Through the experimental study for many times,fully absorb the research achievements of predecessors,improved the existing correction methods,set up vector data correction model,so as to realize nonlinear correction for vector data;combine with actual project precision demand,established vector data correction accuracy control model,implement any correction precision control,and optimized the correction efficiency,improved the production efficiency of vector data.(4)Take “certain scale public auxiliary precision tools " project as an example,using the form of CS architecture and "loose coupling" implemented the vector data correction tool set,and improve the flexibility of software and expand the scope of application of the system.At the end of the paper,fully summarizes the technology and method of vector data correction tool set,and proposes the prospect of these deficiencies.The features of the tool set are: friendly interface,simple operation and highly operation flow,mutifunction,In the practical application shows that this tool set is scientific and feasible.
