With the continuous progress of science and technology,people’s requirements for the level of automation in production and life have been improved significantly.Vacuum sucker robots,manipulators and high power adsorption equipment are the main components of automatic adsorption equipment so that in scientific research,industrial production,military reconnaissance and logistics Transportation and other fields are greatly improved operational efficiency and accuracy.In addition,in the world of industrial and agricultural production and people’s daily work life,the use of new energy and clean energy has attracted more and more attention,and spread quickly.The vacuum adsorption equipment as a typical representative of clean energy,its performance is optimized development,to promote clean energy strategy,has the very vital significance.Bionics as an emerging imitating biological prowess of discipline,for the biological bionic and morphological bionic has made many excellent achievements,greatly enriched and facilitated our daily work and life.Based on the research status of vacuum sucker at home and abroad,this paper explores the adsorption mechanism of several adsorbable animals from the point of view of bionics,and determines the bionic object of the optimal design of vacuum sucker——Abdominal sucker.And the following experiments were carried out: the biological morphology of the abdomen of the abdomen was observed by using a stereomicroscope and a scanning electron microscope to show that the abdominal foot had a functional zoning structure;The wrinkle abalone was measured by a tensile tester for different materials attribute and structural properties of the contact surface of the adsorption force,it is concluded that abdominal adsorbability of source;Using high-speed cameras for Wrinkles abalone abdomen stripping absorption and climb the center of the foot wall motion morphology changes were observed,it is concluded that abdominal inhibition of stripping of morphological characteristics,summed up the structural elements for raising abalone adsorption performance.According to the principle of vacuum sucker and the theory of mechanical design,combined with the structural elements of the abalone to improve the adsorption performance,the bionic design and modeling of the existing vacuum sucker structure were carried out.Using the 3D printer,the flexible material and the rigid material were combined with the bionic sucker;Using the tensile testing machine,the adsorption effect of the standard sucker and the bionic sucker was compared.The results show that the bionic sucker is 62.54% higher than the standard sucker,the lifting effect is obvious,means that the bionic structure of the vacuum sucker in the use of adsorption and stability has a positive role in promoting.The finite element ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the standard sucker and the bionic sucker under the working condition.It is concluded that the effect of non-smooth structure appeared in the top of the suction tension stress concentration that can change the surface of bionic sucker,sucker in surface stress direction,the effect of reducing stress on the edge of the bottom end of the sucker,the inhibiting effect on the desorption force,thereby enhancing the adsorption performance of bionic sucker.
