The moon as a unique and important earth satellite,the determination of its geological evolution history is great significance for human development.However lunar rille as a significant linear negative relief feature on the surface of the moon,its formation mode,classification and determination of the geological age had got extensive attention from scholars of the moon at the start of the lunar research,because research such linear negative relief on detailed can provide some enlightening significance related research results for the whole surface and even inside of the moon early geologic evolution history.But throughout the early lunar scholars study on the classification and the genetic model for the lunar rille,it is based on a single recognition condition to analysis.So that the classification of the lunar rille is only based on its morphological characteristics,resulting in the result of the study of the genetic model not to take into account the other characteristics of the lunar rille,but only according to the classification types to study the lunar rilles formation separately.Taking into account the limitations of these inherent ideas on all aspects of the study of the lunar rille,based on the quantitative extraction of the morphological information of the lunar rille,this paper joins the origin and ages information to restart research the classification of the lunar rille,and tries to break the inherent thinking for the research method of the lunar rille,and to provide a new thinking for further study of the lunar rille.CE-2 data is the 50 m resolution digital images of the moon which is obtained from the Chang 'e 2 satellite Charge Coupled Device(CCD)camera,and get from the remote sensing image which is pretreated.Among them,charge coupled device camera used multiple linear CCD exposure many times on the same target to meet the requirements of resolution and to increase the requirements of the camera exposure control.This technology is not only a breakthrough for our country in the development of the related load development technology,but also the world is first using it in lunar exploration.And it can be to increase the whole moon stereo image spatial resolution to 10 meters.The WAC data is obtained by lunar reconnaissance orbiter wide angle camera,which is based on more than 50,000 multiple stereo models and has been made in comparison with the accuracy of the US lunar orbital detector laser altimeter data.Therefore,based on WAC data acquired DTM relative Chang 'e 2 data of the full month 50 m resolution digital image has a higher three-dimensional effect.Therefore,this paper combines the advantages of these two data to complete the remote sensing interpretation of the lunar rille,and combines the genetic and age information based the database of lunar rille,and prepares the data to do the further in-depth research for the lunar rille.According to the typical characteristics of the lunar rille,and in the process of analyzing the genetic model of the lunar rille,according to the morphology,ages and the regional factors of the lunar rille,and combine the previous research on the classification of lunar rilles,the lunar rilles are divided into three main types of tectonic formation,volcanic lava formation model and condensation genetic model based on thermal evolution.In which volcanic lava genetic can be subdivided into the cause of collapse of lava tube,the causes of stable lava flow and the cause of turbulence lava.It is needs to point out is that in the kind of condensation genetic model based on thermal evolution,in this paper,based on the research of the influence of the condensation of volcanic rocks by the predecessor,a conjecture of the formation of condensation for the lunar rille is proposed.In the process of confirm the ages of lunar rilles,successfully identifies the lunar rilles which are formed in the other 5 geological times besides Copernicus,which provides the accurate judgment basis for the whole lunar rilles age.This paper mainly based on the formation and age two sets of standards completed the lunar rilles distribution on the lunar surface,the distribution characteristics of lunar rilles exhibited by different classification standards are analyzed,and the quantitative distribution characteristics of the lunar rilles are analyzed in combination with the rilles quantitative morphological information.The analysis results show that the quantitative morphological information of the lunar rille is better embodied the various formations and various ages characteristics,and it has some enlightenment significance to the evolution of the moon.
