The main content of this paper is to study the quantum transport properties of the low-dimensional system with correlated disorder by studying the charge transport properties of the quasi-one-dimensional DNA molecular structure.Specifically,we establish a corresponding tight-binding model for specific DNA molecular chains, and then use the method of transfer matrix to study the dependence of transport properties on its DNA sequence,as well as gate voltage properties. The first chapter of the paper is about the research progress and significance of DNA molecular conductor in recent years. And the structural characteristics of the DNA molecule itself, the constituent factors, and the transport properties of the charge are briefly introduced. The second chapter describes the current commonly used theoretical model for the handling of DNA molecules,as well as the transfer matrix method commonly used to deal with the transport properties of quasi-one-dimensional systems.By establishing a tight-binding model of DNA,we use the transfer matrix method to obtain the recursive formula between adjacent lattice points, and then give the corresponding transfer matrix. In the third chapter,we use the compact constraint model to deduce the recursive formula between adjacent lattices, and calculate the corresponding theoretical formulas of the Lyapunov exponent, the transmission coefficient and the volt-ampere characteristic by means of the transfer matrix method. And the dependence of the Lyapunov index, the transmission coefficient on the DNA sequence and the gate voltage of different DNA molecular chains were calculated, and the results were analyzed. The fourth chapter is the summary and prospect.
