With the large-scale construction of traffic infrastructure and the improvement of traffic engineering technology, the road traffic has been extended to the hinterland of natural ecological region in recent years, making the road and the region along the line becoming an important boundary between man and nature, leading to the noise pollution problem becoming a great threat to the local ecological environment. The existing researches are still focused on field observation, description, statistics of specific environment. However, the mechanism and law of noise interference is still quite scarce. How to reduce the harm of the road traffic noise to the original ecological and protect the wild birds more effectively has become an urgent problem to be solved.Accelerating the construction of ecological road has become the key problem of the harmonious society because road traffic and other infrastructure construction is still in full swing in China. The secondary disturbance factors was excluded by controlling the variable in this study to research the influence of different sound pressure levels(SPL)on the biological rhythm and retreating behavior of bird and exploring the quantization rule between birds behavior and road traffic noise by adopting the method of indoor experiments. The research results enrich the species database of related research fields, providing data support for the follow-up studies and theoretical basis for ecological construction of road traffic. The research methods will provide portable technical route for the related research in the future. The research conclusions are as follows:1.The participants‘ typical biological rhythms have changed under different sound pressure level road noise, but the significance of the influence on different behavior is different. The time getting out of the nest is affected and the difference between each set of experimental data and the control group is significantly different. However, the time of getting in the nest and the quality of night rest are affected significantly under 70 dB,80 dB.The jumping behavior in daytime is significantly different compared with the control group data. The behavior of feeding and drinking changes, but not significant2.The subjects will retreat under 80 dB road noise. The relationship between the distribution of the experimental space and the location of the sound source is basically satisfied. The relationship between distribution position in the space and the distance From the sound source position is basically satisfied the relationship: y= 0.0082x2-0.0991x+1.1555;When the sound pressure difference reaches about 8 dB,thrush retracting distance reaching 90 percent of the total retracting distance; When the sound pressure difference reaches about 13 dB,the back off behavior has reached its retracted from the ceiling.Thrush retreated 50% from the previous corresponding to the noise value is defined as the noise tolerance value and subjects thrush noise tolerance is 3.5 dB.
