Junggar basin is one of the largest Mesozoic inland basin in our country, which contain the oil and gas, coal and other mineral resources.Jurassic in junggar basin is a system of lacustrine deposition, which is rich in pollen and spores,single-celled algae fossils, for stratigraphic classification and the ancient climate research provided the material conditions.Papers in the field of drilling,on the basis of core observation and sampling, the following main achievements and cognition:(1)According to the experiment in 5 Wells of 8 Wells in 261 pieces of samples to obtain abundant sporopollen fossil, the identification,statistics,126 genera and 227 species, greatly enriched the basin abdominal fossil data.(2)According to the nature of fossil output sequence, the relation between the output layer and content percentage change in the profile, divided into 5 earlymiddle Jurassic sporopollen assemblags, then according to the composition of the assemblags of sporopollen features, characteristics and advantages of strata distribution, domestic and other areas in junggar basin and the basin widely, the era of sporopollen assemblags meaning are discussed in detail.(3)According to the sporopollen close relatives of maternal plant analysis, based on the assemblags of structure, differentiation degree and richness, restored the ancient vegetation, sporopollen consensus and make 4 vegetation types,by contrast with modern vegetation types, the early-middle Jurassic in junggar basin period of ancient climate is divided into five climate zone.(4)According to the relative well, the regional variations of climate in the research area are discussed.
