The regulation of gene expression involves complex interactions between transcription factors,histone modifications,and other factors.Transcription factors and epigenetic modification of the common regulation of gene expression,and play an important role in it,while studies have shown that transcription factors and epigenetic modification is closely linked.Studies between epigenetic and transcriptional factors indicate that certain factors in chromatin act on the vicinity of transcription factors or at the Transcription start position;chromatin features and studies that share a total of transcription factors are still subject to many factors,and there are many Calculation method to measure the correlation between chromatin features and transcription factors to identify transcription factor co-occupancy,but each method has different drawbacks.In this paper,two human cell lines were selected from human embryonic stem cells and human cervical cancer cells from ENCODE data,including TF-only and TF-TF of 80 transcription factors.The relationship between different chromatin features and transcription factors was studied.The chromatin state was first proposed,combined with chromatin features including DNase I,11 kinds of histone modification,DNA methylation,the use of statistical analysis method to predict the co-occupancy of transcription factors.The results showed that H3K27ac,H3K4me2,H3K4me3 and H3K9ac were more reliable predictors than other HM,Fusion of DNA methylation can increase the prediction accuracy by about 2%.The chromatin state can achieve 90%accuracy in some transcription factor predictions.
