Similarities between quarks and leptons,which are elementary particles,suggest an ad-ditional symmetry between the two families.Leptoquarks?LQs?can unify the similarities be-tween quarks and leptons,they are bosons that have baryon number and lepton number,can couple to quarks and leptons at the same time,and appear in various new physics such as Grand Unification Theories,technicolor and quark and lepton composite models.LQs are a class of interesting new particles that reflect the matter unification.LQs have been widely studied in theory and experiment after the successful operation of LHC.However,the present results are that the approximate range of their free parameters such as masses and coupling constants are given in theory and the lower limits on their masses are given in experiment.Limits on the Scalar Leptoquarks?SLQs?masses are less stringent than vector Leptoquarks.Non-standard neutrino interaction?NSI?could affect neutrino propagation through matter,the search for NSI is crucial in extracting the neutrino oscillation parameters and finding NP signals from neutrino oscillation data.Inspired by the CMS excess in eejj and e?jj channels and possible interpretation using the first generation scalar leptoquarks?SLQs?,we consider their contributions to NSI and the pion meson leptonic decay??l?.Comparing with the relevant experimental data,the constraints on the first generation SLQs are obtained.Their corrections to the anomalous magnetic moment a?are further calculated and the numerical results show that it is possible to explain the deviation from the SM prediction a?SM.
