The energy of the atmosphere circulation is an important branch of atmospheric science research field,The atmosphere of conservation of energy is widely used in oceanography and meteorology.In this thesis we discuss two types barotropic fluid equation.We first consider rotating shallow water model equations with topography effect is derived from a governing equation.That equations satisified Atmospheric energy conservation equation and the effects of topography on the Atmospheric energy conversion and distribution are also analyzed.We next consider that a based atmospheric model on the barotropic,the landform has an influence on the atmospheric energy was studied.Incipiently,the equation of barotropic is changed to nonaimensionalize in the way of scale analysis.The next,a small suitable parameter needs to be choose.Perturbation method is used to get successively an equation that is approached to the zero level and the first level nondimensionalized barotropic equation set.Under the topography influence,the barotropic quasi-geostrophic potential vorticity equation to be got.At last,through the barotropic quasi-geostrophic potential vorticity equation infer from the conclusion of energy conservation,further analyzes and explains that the terrain has an influence on the atomospheric energy from the view of the energy.
