High energy heavy ion collisions is currently emerging as an important field of study,is one of the frontier field of modern physics,is composed of traditional disciplines crossing into the emerging discipline. It relates to the experiments, studying under the energy of relativistic and ultrarelativistic, through the nuclear-nuclear collisions, properties of extreme high temperature and high density of nuclear material be produced, exploring new nuclear material phase.Relativistic hydrodynamics is widely used to study the evolution of systems in high energy heavy ion collisions.Using relativistic hydrodynamics can simulate evolution process of the source, the basis of simulating evolution process of the source is the kinematic equation.(1+1)-dimensional spherical evolution equation of the source is first proposed by Yu Lili et al.On this basis,(2+1)-dimensional cylindrical evolution equation of the source is derived by Yin Hongjie et al.The evolution of the real source is not isotropic,so the(3+1)-dimensional elliptic cylindrical evolution equation of the source is derived in this paper. This article is mainly divided into four parts. In the first part of the article,an outline of high energy heavy ion collisions is given at first. Then,in the second part of the article,a simple introduction for the basic theory of relativity hydrodynamic of high energy heavy ion collisions is done.In the third part of the article,it gives a brief introduction of correlation operator firstly, then derive the evolution equations of(1+1)-dimensional and(2+1)-dimensional.In the fourth part of the article, basing on the basic theory of the second part of the article and the basic knowledge of the third part of the article,(3+1)-dimensional evolution equation is derived, and states the solving process at the same time.It is an important theoretical basis simulating the evolution of real source.
