With the rapid development of the domestic economy, human society step into the industrialized society. The industrialization of society will make people pay more and more attention to the social impact of resource shortages. Therefore, the regional geological survey and mineral exploration is even more urgent.Magnetic prospecting is a geophysical method that uses the magnetic difference and the magnetic field characteristics of the target geological body and the surrounding rock to find all kinds of magnetic ore bodies directly or indirectly. It is an indispensable geophysical method. With the increasing reduction of mineral resources and the continuous improvement of exploration precision, people pay more and more attention to peripheral mines and deep mines. Not only the high quality magnetic instrument is needed, but also it needs to choose the appropriate data processing methods. Its purpose is to extract more information in the measured information and provide a reliable basis for mineral exploration. In this paper,it applies comprehensive processing methods to magnetic data in Jirigen forest area in Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia. The main research contents are:1.Carry on analysis and comparison systematically on field separation methods such as analytic continuation method, trend surface analysis method and finite element method;and the fault boundary recognition technique such as Theta map method, tilt derivative method, analytic signal method and Euler deconvolution. Then we apply them to the actual data processing.2.Through the test of combination model,we analyze and compare systematically the four kinds of boundary recognition techniques such as Theta map method, tilt derivative method, analytic signal method and Euler deconvolution in magnetic anomaly data processing.According to the result of model test,it is found that the applicability of the four kinds of boundary recognition methods is different. In summary,it don't rely too much on a certain or a certain type of boundary recognition methods in the actual data processing and interpretation. To get more accurate results,we should apply a variety of methods.3.For the magnetic data processing analysis in Jirigen forest area in Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia,we make the initial interpretation about the basic situation of the study area through analytic continuation method after the process of reduction to the pole and other pretreatments. The magnetic anomaly is separated by the method of upward extension, trend surface analysis and finite element method. The range of geological bodies is estimated by using residual magnetic anomaly and vertical derivatives respectively.Through the tilt derivative and other boundary recognition techniques, the possible fault structures are divided in the survey area. The magnetic geological bodies' distribution and the basement morphology of the study area are obtained by the calculation of layered apparent susceptibility and magnetic interface inversion.Based on the above data and combined with the remote sensing and geochemical exploration anomaly area, the 11 faults and two prospecting targets in the study area are deduced. It will provide a reference basis for subsequent geophysical work.
