The Gushanzi Cu-Ni-TI-Fe deposit is located in Kuancheng,Hebei,east side of Yanshan platform folded zone,Zhongchao paraplatform,and north wing of Malanyu anticlinorium.The basic-ultrabasic rock complexs mainly consists of pyroxenite and amphibole pyroxenite.The rock composition was in transition from Cu-Ni deposit to Ti-Fe deposit.Gushanzi complex originated from subduction of metasomatic mantle melting.Uplifting magma was contaminated by the crustal material.The redefinition of the emplacement age of Gushanzi r complex was 275Maħ.Magmatism and mineralization were formalized during Ancient Asian ocean collision period.Hydrothermal superimposition occurred in the period of 54Maħ.Mineralization process and deposit genetic type of Gushanzi deposit were complicated and changed over time.In Late Hercynian,crystallization differentiation process of late-magmatic formed fractional crystallization deposit which was mainly ferrotitanium oxide deposit.After that,liquation deposit,which was generated through mineralization of melting magmatic,was mainly cu-ni sulfide deposit.There was a hydrothermal superimposition in early Eocene.In general,ferrotitanium oxide deposit and cu-ni sulfide deposit relating basic-ultrabasic complex cannot exist simultaneously.The reason for the paragenesis of Cu-Ni and Ti-Fe deposits is probably the activity and evolution of magmatic activity,while the separation of ilmenite oxides and copper and nickel sulfides is not sufficient.The formation of the two intergrowth deposits is due to the orogenic extensional environment rather than the continental margin environment.The deposit is formed by the fluid action of oceanic subduction and has a superposition of hydrothermal fluids in the later stage.In metallogenic prognosis,the focus is on the copper anomaly in the Baixianggou ditch,another focus of the prediction is the distribution of the NE fault zone between the Gushan rock mass and the North West.Besides copper and iron,attention should also be paid to the prospecting potential of Au.
